Type of a scam Online Purchase
A harness was ordered for our dog in November. Our credit card was charged the same day it was ordered. When the harness didn’t come and I inquired about it, I was told it had been shipped. Again, nothing. A couple weeks went by and I contacted this company again. This time I was told it was delayed being shipped because of some companies’ Christmas postage was due and out of their control. ???? I finally did some research on my own and found out this company had been operating under several names. What they said their company name was came as a totally different name on my credit card statement. Under the advice of the Better Business Bureau, I disputed the charge on my credit card. My advice is, if you order anything online, please keep copies of all correspondence. I have ordered other things and never had any problems. You just never know. Beware. Here it is January and this is not resolved yet but I have confidence in the ScamPulse.com and the credit card company that it will be.
