This company claims to help you gain access to someone elses phone without any physical contact. They don’t tell you they’re just using your apple/android id to download the last backup from said phone. When they were not able to obtain the information as promised, they claimed to have issued a refund. When the refund time passed, I reached out and was told they looked into it and re-issued refund. When I STILL didn’t get the refund after over another week, I reached out again and was told there was a server issue and to expect the refund in 3-4 days and still don’t have a refund after a total of almost a month. Do not buy from this business, they are dishonest and they have TERRIBLE customer service.
