I was recommended this site by a Business Coach, as a scheduling site for Social Media Marketing. I had received an email a few months into using it for a free trial to the paid versions of the site, Now that it would be time to pay for the next month, there is no way to downgrade the account back to the free version, there is no way to take my social media accounts off their websites and there is no way to get into my account and now there are saying I need to pay for the month that was offered as a free trial. I cannot get my accounts out of their account, or my credit card number. or delete the account.
