On 8/22/16 Praza Health, Scottsdale AZ attempted purchase transaction of $0.99 on my credit card. On Saturday, 8/27/16 I received box of Male Virility Supplement pills from a company called Zynev, also located in Scottsdale, AZ. I NEVER placed the order or contacted either of these merchants yet they had my credit card # to attempt the charge on 8/22/16 and my home address to ship the product to (although the $4.95 charge which was on enclosed Packing Slip did not hit my credit card account). I telephoned both of these companies (Zynev and Praza Health) today, requested to speak to a Supervisor. Zynev refused to transfer me to supervisor, just tried to "sell" the product. Praza Health refused to let me talk to a Supervisor unless I gave 1st four and last 4 of credit card number (I refused) or home address. I gave home address and Order # 693850 which Praza linked to Zynev order, so that confirmed the 2 companies are linked. At minimum, credit card fraud, in addition possibly identity fraud since I gave neither of these companies my credit card nor shipping address. In addition to 8/22/16 attempted fraud on credit card from Praza, there were about 10 other attempted fraud transactions from various merchants on my credit card on 8/10/16.

As I entered the check out section of the website I noticed I had items in my cart I did not select and when o backed out of the order it was placed without my consent… On that very same day I sent an email to customer service tell them not to ship my order and to refund my money .. They sent me the product any way and in turn signed me up without my knowledge for auto renew .. I noticed a 69.95 charge on my online backing for this company and called and canceld and was not refunded my money or shipped the next months supplements … I was out 100 dollars and when I called they stated there was nothing they could do that it was there policy .. Policy to what rip hard working people off .. Yes … So just be warned if you ever think of ordering anything from these people …
