my name is *** i signed a leasing contract with this company and paid a total of $240.00 before i seen the apartment i was told by "monica" the money was going towards the down payment on the apartment and they were gonna get me moved in. a whole week has gone buy no call i’m still not moved in i call to try to get a better understanding of why i haven’t got any calls and the list of apartments they provided were not vacant every time i call to speak with monica she’s never avalible so the manager "denise" which is very rude and not helpful gives me the run around about refunding me its been a whole month and i still haven’t received anything sometimes they don’t even answer the phones there . they gave me a list of fake apartments and they’re yelp reviews are horrible they scammed so many people it’s sad please help me.

These people claim to be a leasing agancy. They want you to fill out all applications before even looking at property and want $1000 deposit on property before showing it you. If you dont like the property your $1000 isnt refundable
