This scam is ran by the towing company and the plaza at 751 N Placentia Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831. There are signs posted around the plaza to state 2 hour parking but documentation PROVE I had in fact a mere 30 min after leaving my car to get it towed. My car parked at 2:17pm and picked up by the predatory tow company at 2:45pm. They TARGET that PLAZA ILLEGAL. PREDATORY TOW.The POLICE DEPARTMENT has to clear the car to be picked up paying an additional $61 alone. The tow expense seems excessive at $414 after a clear of the police department the night before. 3 cell phone numbers posted on the junk yard tow yard of a business all when called do not work 8am on 11/21/19. The previous night those numbers worked. Shady. Locked gate where gate keeper bouncer guy comes in like a drug pin.
