Got a call from a guy who says his name is David Miller. He had a foreign accent and he told me he was from Publisher’s Clearinghouse. Well, I won $5 Million Dollars but, I had to send him $400.00. Once he receive the $400.00, then I would receive my money. And I would get that money back through my winnings. My daughter was over to my home and told me that was a scam. Hang Up! I did.
