I ordered a portable umbrella car roof cover online and received an email Nov. 17, 2018 that it had been shipped. I still have not received it & I haven’t received an answer to any email I’ve sent trying to find out where it is.

Living in Kentucky, is one of the roof detachable for cars to cover them from snow, granite, rain and other nature stuff. Our car stays outside, saw it in action, it was 60.00 thru Facebook, bot decided to go thru their website and be sure it was legitimate. Not only I was taken for the original $60.00 but for a whole $149.99. I decided to buy the whole package with control remote as a present for my husband for Christmas, after all I thought was legit. That was in November, after a month waiting, decided to call them, to find out was no number on the website, just an e-mail address, after weeks of attempting to contact them, then I put a dispute. I was taken , never again, anything that is not in Amazon, I am not buying. I guess they are from China. That’s my guess
