I was sick and I went to hospital at admistration they told me my health insurance doesn’t exist, I was so extremely embarrassed I call the company they gave me a Dr who would take my health plan I drove there there building of Doctors they provided me doesn’t exist. I was $250 every month. Perennial care is a scam.

I was looking for health Insurance and got a call from this company offering to save me hundreds of dollars in health insurance. Everything seem okay until I tried calling them back to get more info. I would get the same sales guy telling me that the sales person I had talked to was busy. I tried looking for a web sight and could not find one.
I was told that this insurance was a Multiplan and had low to no deductibles. This is NOT a insurance company. They tried to scam me out of almost $400.00.
