Paypal are not helping with this, I have already file a complaint and loose all the money
I purchased a hands free dust collecting robotic vacuum and it is a piece of junk. It is nothing like the advertisement. It just moves in one direction in the same area. I have contacted them to refund me and I get no response.
Buy a Robotic Vacuum, came a piece of garbage, nothing similar as the one they offered, do no buy from this site, the vacuum does not work is like a toy , have many pieces loose inside
I got into the same scam, I am trying to solve it through PayPal resolution center and I hope they can help me.
As you said, it is a toy totally different from what they offered in the ad.
Ordered an animated shark. Received a hard plastic shark that was about 8 inches long. Offered a refund of 8.35 then 17 plus instead of the 43 plus I paid for it. They should be blocked from selling in the 🇺🇸
Saw the cute advertisement for the baby shark. Soft, lifelike moves on its own. Ordered two for my grandsons birthdays.
What arrived was two $5.00 hard plastic sharks. Non-moveable nothing at all like the advertisement. I reported to Pinetiny that this was bate and switch and I wanted my money back…so far nothing of course.
With purchase and shipping those two $5.00 plastIc sharks cost me $85.00.
You won’t get your money back. They are scamming people.
Thought I was purchasing a signing , motion activated shark. It was supposed to feel real as well as sing and move. What arrived was a dollar store- 4 inch plastic shark. This was of course not what I ordered, so I asked for a refund. As with most of these places they at first offered to refund part of my money and I could keep the shark they sent. They offered me $10 and I could keep the shark. It’s for situations such as these that I use PayPal, and I’m glad I did. To make a long story short I had the same problems with returns others had, and I had to pay the extra return shipping($26), which the PayPal fraud dept will reimburse me the extra shipping and the original cost. But at the end of the day this is about a toy for my kid, and greedy people saying what ever to get my money. This company should be ashamed. Everyone should be aware.

Paid 43.04 for a baby shark that you can tickle and shoot it and it rolls over. What I got was a cheap 10″ hard plastic shark (cheap toy). I contacted them through paypal and they offered me 40% of my purchase price back. I filed a dispute through paypal and was told I had to ship the item back to China 17.25 cost and upon receipt I would get my money back not including the shipping. The return label said Vernon Ca. Buyer beware. Not only is the toy I purchased not real, but I have not doubt I threw good money after bad returning it. We will see if paypal is as good as their word in getting my money back. Check the websites carefully. If it’s coming from China be careful. There is a very real possibility that it’s a scam.
WARNING-TOTAL FRAUD. I ordered a large, lifelike baby shark. . I got a 10″ plastic shark. No movement at all – no batteries. Advertised that you would “see the shark turn and face you and see his mouth open and shut as he sings.” Doesn’t turn. Doesn’t face you. Mouth doesn’t open and shut. No singing or noise of any sort. Just a crappy little plastic shark. FRAUD – DON’T BUY.
Wow. The crappy shark you got was way better than the crappy plastic shark I got. Either way it’s a scam. After looking online the video we saw for the moving shark is a prototype and the video was stolen by these websites. That item is not available at all.
