I ordered a pair of sandals on March 9th. Around the end of the month a lady named any bakare emailed me to say it was taking longer than expected but my order would be shipped in 3 business days. Her email is [email protected] I have yet to receive anything and now when I email I get no response. I have tried [email protected] and [email protected]
My card was charged and I want a refund. The 800 number listed on the website is fake. I have never been able to get through to anyone via email or phone. Besides when that amy chic thst responded to me. Please help.
