I sent information to a place called Ontario Benefits,to collect some money for my disability.They never replied and I have phoned many times with no answer.This appears to be a SCAM they have some personal information The phone number is 1 888 588 2937 and address listed as 326-110 Cumberland St. Toronto Ontario M5R 3V5

Please check them out before others get scammed.

They promised to get benefits for me.
