I would give a negative 5 rating if I could.
I should have looked for reviews for this company before purchasing. This saga started in July 20, 2020. It is November 14, 2020 and still not resolved.
I ordered 5 pairs of shoes.
4 pairs of shoes arrived after 5 weeks. One of the pairs of shoes was the wrong model.
I of course asked for Pearlfeet to send the correct model. First, they acted like they did not understand the situation and sent tracking information. Then they had me take pictures of shoes and packaging and send them. And then they asked me to do it again, which I did, AGAIN.
I do agree with other reviews that their emails are very polite; but don’t be fooled. They are very unethical in business practices and actual results.
So, the company never shipped the correct pair of shoes.
Not only that, but the 5th pair of shoes finally arrived and it was also the wrong model of shoes AND it was a duplicate type of the wrong shoes sent before.
So, now I’ve got two pairs of shoes I did not order and I don’t have two of the five pairs I did order.
I have emails where Pearlfeet admits it is their mistake. AND YET PEARLFEET HAS TRIED TO BLOCK MY REFUND REQUEST FROM THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY. They responded to my dispute by providing tracking information to the credit card company.
Not only THAT, but they also tried to get me to drop my dispute with the credit company, saying they would be able to send the refund faster if I did. I see from other reviews that they are very, very unlikely to send a refund, ever.
So now I have to waste additional time just to try to counter Pearlfeet’s unethical attempt to mis-represent the situation with my credit card company.
And by the way, the quality of the shoes they did actually send is very, very low. I’ve only asked for a refund for the pairs of shoes that Pearlfeet got wrong, but in truth, I would really like a total refund. I have only worn one pair of shoes out of the five pairs. The rest fit OK, but I will probably throw them away because they are too embarrassing in appearance for anything other than working in the back yard.
While it is within the realm of possibility you will have a decent experience buying from Pearlfeet, the probability is very, very low.
I ordered a pair of hiking shoes on pearl feet in early July 2020. I ordered size 13 shoes. I finally received today 10/15. They were size 10 shoes. The quality was not as advertised. I doubt i will be able to get my money back. Fortunately I used PayPal.

My spouse seen the ad pop up while on line. We liked the shoes and the price was about what I would expect in the type of shoes we looked at and ended up purchasing. Purchased online 12 April, $159.16 for six pairs of shoes. Still do not have them as of this date, 2 Jul 20. The only way to contact is the email listed above or to send them a Facebook direct message. Which I did in May. I did get a response but it sounded off. Short msg asking me to wait, sorry for the delay in shipping. After that I have received 3 emails notifying me shipment is delayed, please wait, peace and love, etc.
When I go into track the shipments one of the parcels looks like it actually made to the US by boat and is stuck in LAX w/ no actual reason, and the last note dated 10 Jun 2020. The other 4 parcels are still showing in China waiting to ship, and the last dated note for those parcels is 13 May 20.
I sent an email to ‘[email protected]‘ address on 29 June requesting reimbursement of the total amount charged to my credit card and have yet to receive a response.

I was and still am getting pop up ads for pearlfeet.com. They appear to be an online retailer of men’s and women’s clothes and shoes. They have many pages of unique clothing items and shoes at great prices with “the more you buy, the more you save” type promotions. On 5/7/20, I finally decided to place an order for 5 pairs of shoes and spent over $132.00. My credit card was debited immediately. I have emailed them at the service email address on their website multiple times and tried to do an online chat as well. I got 1 response stating shipping was delayed to Covin-19 and to wait 1 more week and to contact them again if not received. I still haven’t received my order and have sent a request for a refund that went unanswered. None of my messages have gotten a response. I have tried to track delivery but there has been no update since June 18th. I’d like to know if I’ll ever get my order or a refund. It’s feeling pretty hopeless. Any information on this website would be appreciated. Thank you.

They do not have a phone number. Pearlfeet.com is a fraudulent site and is being developed to trap and deceive everyone who uses their site. Yet they continue to advertise online when I log on to the internet.

I placed an order on line with this company on 5/6/2020, paid with my credit card. I was trying to get the order in time for Mother’s Day. I never got an email saying that my order had been shipped since 5/6/2020. I emailed pearlfeet 2 times I put my name, number, and email, and asked if someone from the company can get back with me, that has not happened yet. I thought this was a good company because they were promoted on the yahoo’s website.
