He wanted me to wire the money then offered to take just half and pay the rest whenIgot puppy! I told him it still des not guarrenyee a puppy.

Looking at purchasing a Maltese puppy.
They are asking $500 for them which seemed like a really low price. They asked for payment by Western Union or Moneygram. Red flag to me. Also they offered to ship and the prices they quoted were way too low as I’ve been through this process recently.
Buyer beware!
Can you tell me which address that they gave you? And any name that they gave you to transfer the money?
