Ordered diet pills for approx £29.99 and was charged £175 .86 and no goods received. This is a scam and I’ve contacted my bank. I am in the process of claiming the money back on my card insurance

I live in the UK and found offer for Keto Max on Facebook. Special offer with free postage and packing, amount quoted in Sterling. Reviews were from UK based celebrities/residents and nothing on advert indicating they were based in the US. When received e-mail which had no order total quoted on it and realised they were in US I e-mailed them straight away to cancel the order but have received no reply. I have since found a charge for £175.00 under the name Clarity Revitalizer which is certainly not an amount I agreed to. I have e-mailed them stating this amount was not authorised and that their advert is misleading, and that I will be challenging the charge with my credit card company. I have also gone on to their website and e-mailed similar on their contact form. I have googled the support number and found these reports. I am disappointed and am not hopeful. Lesson learned.

I did not order or receive anything from these people. I do not know how they charged me or how they got me cc numbrer. they charged me 34.98 twice and 198.70 once. I have challenged this twice thru Chase with no help. I will be canceling my Chase card and do not plan on charging or buying anything thru amazon until resolved.

This is definitely a big scam! I ordered the KetoFast diet pills buy 3 get 2 free “Account #15859161” on 8/6/20 and was charged $149.95 plus $34.98 plus $1.99? I called to cancel my order on 8/22/20 since I had not received the pills yet. I was told they had been shipped and I would have to return them after I receive them and pay a $5 a bottle restocking fee. They gave me 2 return merchandise numbers to put on the return package and was to return them to PO Box 13009, Scottsdale, AZ 85267-2900. I received the pills on 8/25/20 and immediately returned them (with the return merchandise numbers on the package) by UPS and USPS. I had tracking numbers from UPS and USPS so I knew they received them. I have called 3 times since then and was told that they received them and I would be getting my refund within 5 days. Well it is now 10/3/20 and NO REFUND. I thought since this was endorsed by Shark Tank it was reputable. Big mistake! What a scam!

I clicked on the ad for these Keto pills in May. Charged me $154.94! Then $34.98 June two times!. I returned all products to the PO box and never got my refund! I’ve had to track down my payments along when I returned them because they said i needed an RA# after the fact. After a long argueing, they said they got an error code when trying to return back only a portion of my money plus a restocking fee. They said they would send me an E-check and to look for it in a few days. Who knows if I will ever see it.? I’m so angry about this!

This is a scam. I ordered three keto containers, then once they had my credit card, they just kept charging me over and over for nothing sent. When I ordered, it was supposed to be $49 but they charged me $149 and claimed I wanted the cleanse also (which I did not order.) Then they told my credit card company that I signed up for a continuing order to be sent to me (which I did not) and they had a fake order for a “bundle” they sent to my C. C. company. Citi Bank was extremely helpful. Right away, when they could see bogus numbers were being charged, we stopped my C. C. and they sent me a new one the next day. OH YES, you can bet I am not sharing that with Premium Keto Store! DO not give them your card!

I got a charge on my debit card back in may I went to the bank to let them know that I did not order this stuff and I wanted the money they had removed from my account well I had my debit replaced with a new one and five months later they tried again to charge me 208.00 for some [censored] I didn’t order and have never received plus there is not a number in any of the ads where you can contact them so this is a scam premium keto store is the charging

I ordered 8/14/20 and it is now9/3/20. The tracking # I received still says USPS is waiting to receive the package. I do drop shipping every day and that likely means it’s lost or the label couldn’t be scanned By UPs Or Fed Ex whichever one they use to get it USPS. I have chatted with at least 4 different people in the last 2 weeks and have to start form the beginning every time. I demanded a refund and was told I would get it. Never did . Now They just keep saying when you receive the product you can return it for a refund. I told them I believe I will never receive it. They are going to always say a label was created so you will receive it. LOL

Same scam from KetoFast in Scottsdale, AZ. Calling multiple numbers 855-750-0535, 833-341-0821, etc. yields no support. Called and canceled order and was told credit card charges would be reversed, in 3-5 days. Over a week later, no charges reversed and no product shipped. Called and demanded reimbursement, but person with a very heavy accent said the order was already shipped. Used the company’s support web site only puts you in a chat box that doesn’t help you. Don’t fall for the SCAM. And be sure to report these folks by every means you can.

Ordered and then changed my mind. I called to stop the delivery and was told “just return unopened package, return # 1355372419371982019 on back of package” I did, and now the company is disputing it was returned.” I have a receipt for mailing but I can’t speak to anyone because I disputed the charge. Beware!

I saw an ad offering “BUY 3 GET 2 FREE” – “$29.99 A BOTTLE”. I bought it online and to date, I have not received anything and have been charged $239.88! Plus, it appears I am being charged a recurring charge of $24.98! There are no phone numbers listed on my DiscoverCard statement, so there is no way I am able to contact this scam. Also, they have changed the distribution address from Santa Monica, CA to Redondo Beach, CA. Sounds like a scam to me!(DiscoverCard isn’t helping me, at least with the recurring charges, at this time. From the attached comments, I’m not the only one duped my this scam…

I ordered from the website as Oprah and Ellen supported it. I somehow was charged for 2 bottles and a membership but got that cancelled. I returned the bottles unopened in their original mailing. Return receipt requested. Keto signed on 07/07/20 @ 1:41pm. Today is 08/07/20. No refunds yet. Got through on that # and the girl said it would be credited to my account on Tuesday. Told her I will follow up.

I too have had the same experience. I was charged $!98.70, $34.98 and $1.99. However, I didn’t make this order. I had a lot of fraud on several of my card accounts. My bank originally credited back the money. However, they reversed the credit because they said the company said I had received the merchandise. Trust me, if I had received anything, I would not have made a claim with the bank. I had to change my Phone Number, email address, bank information and all my credit cards. It’s been nothing but a head ache.

I ordered a free bottle for trial and it cost me 239.82. I have already called my credit card to cancel and I’m trying to get in touched with them to cancel. but if I don’t then my credit card will take care of it. that is what I hate about over the computer ordering. My wife made an online purchase for a diet supplement product from a Company called CHS premium Keto Store; AKA CHS Health X Store & CHS premium Health Direct. Two packages came in mail and we worked with our postal carrier to “refuse” and then “return them to sender.”

We have been working with AMEX to reverse multiple charges from this company without success. They have told AMEX we received the product and so charges can’t be reversed or refunded. However, as noted above, we have returned items they sent. additionally, every time I have called customer service to cancel or discuss the charges, they have either hung up, disconnected call, or not answered.

Same here! I was duped. I ordered 3 bottles at 89.00 no S&H. I was billed 154.94, 34.98 and 1.99! Then I was billed another charge of 9.99 too. None of the charges were authorized. Only one charge of 89.00. I have been on the phone with them 4 times to try to get my credit card refunded and they keep promising they will do that. Monday I am going to call my credit card company to dispute these charges. I am thinking about contact the NC Attorney General to report this fraud/scam company. They have to be stopped!

Then after days of being on hold to return this item, I was told I could return everything, but I had to pay THEM a restock fee!?!?! I think the people on Shark Tank, on tjhat show should be notified of this product has been used for fraud. Their commercials, and guests on their shows are being used for fraud. I was scammed by this company on 6/24/2020 as well for a total of $198.00. I immediately called their company the same day to request a refund because it was not disclosed during the purchase process that I would have to lay that amount. They put me on hold and I finally gave up because no one came back on the line. I disputed the charge, but to no avail. They also charged my account for another $24.00 and I’ve disputed that charge as well. This company is a fraud, do not use them, it’s all a scam.

I ordered on June 14th and received a conformation email. My total from the email was for $198.70. Per there advertisement , you buy three and get two free. The cost should have been around $129. I was also charged $34.98 and an additional $1.99. These charges were not on my confirmation email and unauthorized. I called the toll free number listed and it didn’t work for me and I also tried there chat. The expected wait time was around 35 minutes or more and 90 in que. I then went into there Terms and Conditions and found a different phone number and called it. I received a customer representative right away. I explained the situation and they said they would refund me the difference. I also cancelled any more shipments. This took place on June 19th. I did receive a confirmation email saying it was cancelled. I received a tracking number and I received the product. I have not received my refund of the difference in cost and now I just got another charge for $9.99. I have no clue what this is for. I sent them an email to try to get some answers. I will have to talk with the bank and see what I can do. I will never do this again.

I keep getting charges on my bank account every month totaling about 60$ I haven’t ordered a single thing since my first order.

I was scammed by this company on 6/24/2020 as well for a total of $235.67. I immediately called their company the same day to request a refund because it was not disclosed during the purchase process that I would have to lay that amount. When I call the company it appears to be in another country. A representative answers the phone and gives me a different timeframe as to when I will receive a refund. One agent says 3-5 days while the other says 5-7 days. It has been two weeks so far!

Same complaint as everyone else. I was scammed from a FB ad. Charged 3 charges: $198.70, $34.98, $1.99 and have not received product. Company phone number does not work. Never received a confirmation email or order number; no way to reference my purchase other than by my bank statement.

When I initially tried to sign up for one bottle (at a pretty high price because of no discount for less than two or three bottles) the website would not let me out without getting the booster package (first indication this might be trouble) and when I did receive my order I promptly called and had it removed. The customer service representative removed the charge for the booster but I was unaware that it was a subscription (hidden in the small print amongst the camouflage). Now that I’m trying to contact them to stop the subscription they are nowhere to be found! When I type Ketofit in the URL space it gets redirected to another site for Keto but not them. The phone number (833-955-0079) is no longer working and the product can be found on the Friendo.com site. The bottle looks the same but there are some minor differences. I sent them an email to cancel but we’ll see what happens. In the mean time I’ve contacted my bank to stop payment. We’ll see if they contact me now! Let the buyer beware!

This company continues to bill my credit card for unauthorized purchases and their toll free number is not in service. Their product is no different from anything that you can buy over the counter. This company is fraudulent. I have six bottles of their product that I want to return and to stop any continued unauthorized charges.

I am trying to contact this business so that I can return their product(un-opened) as promised in advertisement on Instagram. I have read bad reviews and will not even try this brands product. I do not trust it. Their phone number is no longer working and advises me to dial my own cell phone companies direct 3 digit help number. Bad news here.

I ordered 2 bottles of KetoFast from these crooks at a price of $49.00 per bottle on June 1st. The total order should have been around $100.00. On June 2, they charged my credit card with 3 charges: one for $34.95, the second for $1.99, and the third for $149.99. I never received a product. I am going to take this to as many customer complaint organizations as I can, as well as our state attorney general. In the meantime, block any charges from this group in the future on your credit card.

I ordered a month ago and accidently ordered twice. My account was charged $194.91 and $198.70. I called and immediately cancelled the second order. They said they would cancel it, but never did. I have not received anything. No keto fast and no refund. They owe me a total of $393.61.

The credit card company confirmed to reverse the $1.99 charge and will dispute the two other charges with the retailer. I should be expecting a letter from the cc company for any updates. I will never again to respond to any ads sponsored on Facebook without researching first.

I received a package from Body Healing Herbs in May that I never ordered. They charged me $225.00. I finally found their phone number and called to tell them that was not authorized and to refund my money they said if the package showed up send it back and gave a an RMA #.. 2 days later they refunded the $225.00 and charged me $112.50. the package arrived a few days later and I immediately sent the pack to the address they gave me with the RMA # on it. Never got a refund for the $112.50 so I filled a dispute with my bank. So now I will see if I hear from them.

I ordered Keto diet supplements from CHS*Premium Keto on May 28, with a promise of delivery in 5 to 7 business days. I have not received the Keto, but have received the credit card bill with three charges: $34.98, 1.99, and 69.99. I called CHS several times over two days. Every time I called it rang once, then cut off. I just finished calling my credit card company. They said there is a possibility that not all charges would be credited.

This company overcharged the products are ordered. Then when I called them, the phone number is not existing. Then I searched their company, it indicated they were scammed. I haven’t received the products as of now, and they overcharged my credit card account. I reported this company for all the wrongdoing that they have been caused as a scammer. Please, the action is needed to those people or company that were been scamming or treat to the other people.

I ordered the buy 3 at $29.99 and get bottles free on 5/30/20. I called the company within 10 minutes of the 3 charges $154.94, $34.98 and $1.99 to request a cancellation. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and the call was disconnected. I sent and email requesting a cancellation refund of all 3 charges. I called back once the charges actually posted to my credit card. I was connected to another caller disputing the same charges. Same day placed a dispute. 6/14 and new charge has been charged of $9.99 from CHS*Premium Keto. I was sucked into the Facebook add. I have started to process of cancelling the card and getting a replacement.

Same here! I contacted my BOA credit card company and informed them as well. I have to wait for this to play-out. They said to call them once the product arrives when I call to get the shipping label. Tell them to send me a confirmation email that I am cancelling and sending the product back. Then take it to the post office to get a confirmation that I am sending it back.

This is a scam. I wish I would have researched this first. I too was sucked into an ad that advertised a free bottle. Ads with Al Roker and Dr. Oz. Of course, the options were different. I ended up ordering the buy 1/get 2 free for 34.95. You will not see a price until after payment is processed. I too was charged 198.70. I knew immediately this had to be a scam. I called the number on the invoice that was emailed immediately and got an answering machine. I immediately sent an email cancelling this order. You will also have to cancel the auto ship for future billing. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

I received two immediate emails as statements. One was for a purchase of $34.98 that I didn’t make. In March 2020, Keto Now Advanced was advertised on Facebook. There I read all the Kudos (later to be found false, and meant to commit fraud) and clicked on the order page. They were advertising "Buy three and get two free – for $29.99 – with free shipping". I ordered three and two free for $29.99. I was never informed what the total cost would be. I later found out that the amount they tried to charge my account was $199.00, since I don’t keep that much money in the account it didn’t process. So they simply lowered the charge to $99.00 (a legitimate company would have contacted the buyer, me, or simply cancelled the order) and that one went through, of course it was not the $29.99, as advertised. Their site did not give any contact information. Finally, I received an email and I requested a cancellation of the order immediately, their response was the order can not be cancelled since it has already been sent to the fulfillment team. According to my bank I had to wait for the transaction to actually post to my account before I could take any action. So in the meantime a sent emails with always the same response, they can’t help me and when I called them twice, the phone rang once and was promptly hung up or disconnected without them answering, but instead they sent me another email informing me they were available by email. I completed a Card Dispute with my bank but have not heard back as yet. I am trying to fight the charge and have the fraud recognized so others do not get caught up in the fraud. But, following the issue I now see that this company keeps changing the product name, so people can’t follow it. It is major fraud being perpetrated. Please help! And, now I am finding pages on the Internet which are saying that the product itself, is not what it should be to fulfill its claim for losing weight. I question the safety of this product. If they can perpetrate this fraud, knowingly, then they don’t care about the people who are buying their product. Instant Keto was supposedly advertising on the Dr. Oz show about their product and there was a link to order some. Of, course they had different special offers, so I order the the buy 2 get one free for $49.99. When I got my confirmation email on order #555071, they had that I was getting the buy 3 get two order for $99.99. I called them right away and said that was not what I ordered. They had already placed it and I couldn’t change it. I called several times, 12/4, 12/9, 12/12, 12/16, 12/18, 12/23, 1/9, 1/16 & 1/22. One person (12/9 – Sol) said: because of my inconvenience she would go ahead and refund my money, that never happened. Then one person (12/12 – Josh) said I should get my refund within 4-7 days, that didn’t happen. The next person (12/18 Sergio) said I had to return the product first. So, I got a return #12092019555071and returned it to 3201 Hillsborough Ave 153201-1378, Tampa, FL 33684 on January 10, 2020. The next person (1/16 – Jeyman) said she would send my information to the billing department and my refund would be expedited. Today (1/22) I spoke to Anna #369 and she said she would have a supervisor call me within 2 hours, I waited 3 and called back. Now they say they have to check to see if the bottles were opened and get back to me. They say they send emails, but I never get them. I thought that the situation was done except that I just received 5 bottles of Keto Boost in the mail. I have no intention of using a product that I never ordered however it seems that Keto Boost received my shipping info from some other source. Totally unclear why someone would compromise my credit card and then have product shipped to me. Searching around online, it seems that this Keto Boost company has multiple scam warnings. I have received email spam from the company previously (text of message empty or just symbols), always sent to trash.

When I called the company, I was told that in order to receive a full refund, I would need to return the products at my expense(he refused to send me a pre-paid return label) and that I’d be charged a restocking fee. The agent I spoke with stated he was a supervisor and his agent # is 984. He gave me the last 4 digits of the cc charged and I have reported this to the cc company as a fraudulent charge. They did not have an email address for me and when I asked him to provide me a copy of the order he claims I placed, he was unable to do so. A complete scam and they need to be stopped!

I’ve been working with my credit card company as well in regards to investigating these people! My credit card company sent me the information of the purchase from the merchant. And the proof was in the pudding there because the address was not even mine or anyone I know. It was sent to some woman in New York?! It has been a nightmare trying to get this refunded. On 10/22/19 I (internet–Instagram ad) purchased Ultra Fast Keto Boost as seen on "Shark Tank", and what was advertised as a "Free trial" (2 bottles were supposed to be free – pay only small shipping charges). A few clicks of the screen later, there was an ad to get 5 bottles for an extra $39.74. So it appeared I would be getting the 2 free trial bottles + paying $39.74 for an extra 3 more bottles + shipping. A 30-Day money back guarantee was listed on the ad.

On 10/24/19 I noticed pending charges on my credit card for $198.70 (the cost of 5 bottles x $39.74 each)! I immediately called the phone number associated with the credit card charge 1-844-704-1211. I asked for a full refund of the pending charges. I was on hold for nearly 60 minutes before they answered my call. The associate kept me on the phone call arguing for over 44 minutes, refused to refund my money, and offered me a refund of less than 1/2 of my money –then insisted that I wait for the product to ship and then call back to get an "RMA" return label after which time they could refund money for the bottles returned. The associate refused to let me speak with a supervisor.

On 11/7/19 I called back to request a full refund of my $198.70. An associate by the name of Casie #175 first offered me a refund of less than 1/2 of my money back. After refusing to let me speak with a supervisor and arguing with me on the phone for over 37 minutes, she agreed to a "full" refund–however, would be keeping $25 restocking fee ($5 x 5 bottles)–so not a full refund. She also said she would email me a confirmation of the refund promise, but it never arrived. I never did get the 2 free trial bottles–only a shipment of 5 bottles along with the hefty $198.70 charge. A 30-Day money back guarantee is supposed to mean one gets a full refund if requested–which I requested multiple times within the 30-day timeframe!

It appears they are scamming customers by 1) hoping they won’t notice the extra large (fraudulent) credit card charges 2) refusing to refund monies in full and keeping 50% to 75% of the charge if they ever do give a partial refund 3) retaining $5 per bottle of a bogus "restocking" fee 4) false advertising 5) faulty customer service 6) not honoring the 30-Day money back guarantee, etc.

There may be some differences between the Instagram ad and the website ad.

On Saturday evening, 10/26/2019 @ 10:00 pm, I had a moment of weakness and decided to invest in this product which I found over 20 ads on facebook for this product. Attached is the first option that there website offers after you enter your contact information, you then are at the page where you have 3 options of amounts of product you would select to purchase. The website seems quite authentic: 1st option buy 3 bottles, 2 free (free shipping) for $39.74, 2nd option buy 2 bottles 1 free (free shipping) for $49.97, 3rd option buy 1 bottle (free shipping) for $69.99. I choose the 1st option and provided my credit card.

Then unfortunately, I started reading the comments on facebook on the ads, this is a SCAM, they overcharge you $198.00, you call customer service and they offer you a discounted price, but no help. The customer service isn’t helping and trying to send you more product, etc. So I immediately send them an email asking to cancel my order at 10:17 pm. No response.

So praying and hoping this doesn’t happen to me, on Sunday morning, 10/27/2019 around 9 ish AM, I checked my bank account and low and behold, I had a pending charge of $198.00. I immediately called the customer service line and after quite a long wait, spoke to a representative. Which was like speaking to a scripted person reading their response. They could give no reason why I was being charged that amount of money and kept insisting I bought all five jars at this discounted price. I kept telling them that I only picked the option of $39.74, but to no avail was I given again any reasonable reason as to why I was being charged $198.00. It doesn’t take a rocket science to understand the what I ordered and purchased, their was not justifiable reason for the amount charged other then them continuously saying you bought a different amount. It was the most frustrating conversation I have ever had in my entire life.

With further investigation on all ads on facebook, this is happening to many many poor unsuspecting victims. I know I shared my experience and told people not to buy, so saved a couple thousand dollars for people. This is a horrible scam and milliions of dollars are being taken from innocent people who want to look weight.
