I ordered 4 flytraps on fb. I thought it was a good buy. I got a discount code to purchase more items on their website. My reply stated if I dont recieve my order why would I purchase more items. I actually got a response. Items from China will take some time of COVID 19, even more time went buy. I email support then got email demon no email address found. I felt I got scammed but almost 3 months later recieved my traps. I do not know if every one else was because late delivery from China or really got scammed.

These people the biggest liars in the world. I ordered a item 3 months ago, emailed them 5 times with no results. Tracking shows nothing since July 3rd.
Do not use this company the only thing they’re good at is being a A-1 scam artist.

Just a pic of the contact info I had in case it’s different than anyone else’s. Plus my bank card gave me the following # to contact them in order for me to dispute it FIRST, however, that # is disconnected as well!

I ordered the FlyMax Reusable Fly Traps and was told that even with COVID going on, that it would only delay shipping by 1 week, however, it’s been almost 2 months now! I’ve emailed them & their supposed “support team” did email me back (just to pacify me I’m sure) saying basically that I should just sit tight a little while longer because they knew it would be worth it in the end… Ha! I demanded a refund to my card & threatened to file fraudulent charges & to report them to the BBB and to get lawyers involved if they didn’t refund me my money ASAP! I even attached screenshots of my order, tracking #, the transit dates & their return/refund policy in my email. When I waited (“sit tight a little while longer”) 2 more weeks as they requested & still hadn’t heard or seen anything, I emailed them again only to find that their customer service email is shut down & ph# is no longer in service! I contacted my bank card & they won’t dispute it UNTIL I contact the company first! I told them it’s a scam & their website, email & ph# is no longer in service… they still will not help me dispute the charges. They said they found another ph# for them & gave it to me to try… I called it & it’s disconnected bad well! I called my bank card back & they said the same thing, I have to contact the company first & resolve it with them “first”. How?!?! I’m at a loss.

I, too, ordered several fly traps, paid my money and crickets! I have received a tracking number; however, my order shows “In Transit” for over a month now. I have attempted to contact this company, but again, crickets! I’m afraid I’m a victim of my third scam! I’ve lost so much money on these criminals. I’m done! Lesson learned! I will just tithe the lost funds and pray for a peaceful soul. At least these crooks don’t have our credit card numbers. js

Like everyone else on this page. I am disgusted with Pinky Minnie and there so called support. 2 fly traps ordered in May. No traps no response. Do not use this company you will be disappointed.

I am still waiting on my order going on 4 months. I have sent them 5 emails and I have yet to hear back. I will never order anything from a Facebook page again…seem to get screwed every time.

I ordered fly trap in April and still haven’t received them. It is impossible to reach them. I played almost 60. Dollars for them

Google must police their website ad users better there should be laws to hold them accountable same goes for Facebook

Have not received my order from April. They sent a tracking number but no activity since June 7. They responded to one of my emails saying they were going to look into it but have not received any information from them in 2 weeks.

I purchased 5 fly traps from this company in May, 2020. It is now almost August. They took my money (over $60) and never sent the product.

I too am waiting for fly traps I ordered 2 months ago. I’ve also been referred to these cheesy looking websites for tracking.. They took my money immediately and when I asked for a refund, I’ve got no reply.

We ordered their fly traps in May and here it is July and we still have not received and keep being told that it’s due to delivery delays by UPS or other carriers out of Cal. We have emailed and asked for a full refund of our monies but no response.

I order fly traps one month ago. No one will respond back yo my e mails. You can’t track your order without their postcode and they will not give it to me. Several emails were sent with no response

I ordered the fly traps on May 15, 2020. As others have stated I got notification of a tracking number through a “shipping partner” but USPS never received the package. I sent several emails to their customer service email with no response. When I filed a claim with PayPal, the order suddenly showed up about 3 days later (June 23, 2020). I actually like the traps but won’t be ordering anything again from Pinky Minnie.

I purchased a FlyMax fly trap from an ad on Facebook. I normally don’t purchase anything from ads but the reviews were so good. I ordered it over a month ago and it’s never shipped, even though there’s a tracking number.

My boss ordered some Fly traps and has till this day not received his order. But they sure took his money !

Pinky Minnie is a complete scam. I tried to buy fly traps that I saw in a Facebook ad by Pinky Minnie. I placed my order on May 21st, 2020, and have sent the company four emails and there is absolutely no response.

Pinky Minnie is listed under a Vietnamese company called E-Moon Asia Company, LTD, which also sponsors other scam sites like www.flytrapofficial.com, www.larosashop.com, www.gizmosified.com, www.lalagiftz.com, www.wiki-home.com, www.memrino.com, www.spiralgadgetstore.com, www.merbix.com.

If you Google “Pinky Minnie” many people have been scammed by this company recently.

I have filed complaints with PayPal, Facebook, Shopify, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Because this is a Vietnamese company your BBB complaint will be elevated to the Federal Trade Commission.

Also anyone scammed should also file these complaints because if enough of us file complaints something may get done about it.

Pinky Minnie also provided fraudulent shipping notifications through the US Postal Service (USPS), so I a am also reporting them to USPS for federal mail fraud.

I need to know how to get these people but dont know how to go about it

They were sponsored in my Instagram selling fly traps for horses. I order four of them. Two weeks later I got a message it was shipped and they gave me a tracking number with a weird site to track it. When i went to go track it it said the item could not be located. I kept trying for a week and after contacted them on three different occasions and never got an email back. I see them being still sponsoring on my Instagram so I read the comments and almost all of them were of people saying they never got the product and they never returned their phone calls or emails. They are scamming hundreds if not thousands of people and Instagram is sponsoring this. Something needs to be done.

Same thing has happen to me. I will never purchase from them again. Shame on Them for scamming their customers.
