Exceptionally deceptive with their free trial of CDB Oil and Capsules. No where did I see that you had to cancel in 15 days. I got on the phone with customer service and after a much heated conversation I asked her when another email went out to update me that their product was being sent out or my card being charged. I finally cornered her to say no email had been sent out since July 15th when I ordered the trial. So she refunded me today a total of $60 for the “Trial Order”. And says she will fully refund the order that they sent out today once it is returned! ALWAYS CHECK WITH BBB 1ST. I was not very wise so learn from my mistake.

Ordered a product sample of oil for cost of shipping. They sent that sample plus a sample of capsules for an additional shipping cost. Then I get a charge on my CC for $88.00(the full cost of product) a month later. Called them and they said it was an authorization for a monthly shipment. I was told all I could get refunded was $40.00. This business is a total scam.

I was also a victim of this Company’s scam. As with all the other complaints filed with your Bureau, I ordered samples, one bottle of drops and on bottle of capsules. No where on the order form was there any indication that they were signing you up for a monthly charge of over $170 for monthly shipments of their product. You were also signed up for some online health website called "Always24 fit" whatever that is, charging another $8.00 a moth for membership!

I purchased a bottle of cbd capsule on a trial to see if they would help my condition, paid shipping, received the product. Did not see the affects I needed so I decided not to continue, but did not know what it would take to cancel the product. They have sent a package for 2 months in a row and charged me 4 times for $88.71 x 2, $89.52 x 2 for a total of $360 roughly . . . so I called the # 877-337-1890 and chose option #1 and it disconnected me 4 times! So I tracked down this # from the ScamPulse.com and contacted Veronica who informed me that I had to cancel that contract within 14 days! How could I have known if the product would even work in a week of use, she also informed me that I could only return the merchandise that was unopened and there would be a $20 restocking fee per bottle! So I said that was unacceptable and would contact the BBB. She said she could reimburse me for $35 per bottle for the 2 bottles being returned unopened! Gave me an RMA# to ship the material back. I am contacting my card for refund
