Facebook advertises a new product test package to try the new Kim Kardashian skincare line. You only need to pay shipping and handling of $4.95. I paid the money. Then upon completion of the order, it offers another product for shipping and handling of $5.95. I paid the money. Then it offered another product and I did not order any other products. I received a package with two skincare products. My credit card was then charged on February 3, 2017 for $89.73. I received a package with one bottle of skincare around March 5, 2017 and on March 6, 2017 my account was charged $89.73. Totaling $179.46. I contacted the company and left a call back number. Customer care contacted me and stated they would not accept a return of the unopened product I received on March 5 for a refund of the charge. He (Roland / Customer Service Supervisor) was bragging about how the ScamPulse.com was not going to assist with a complaint and it was a waste of my time. He also would not give me the physical address or corporate number for the Oasis company. I would like a refund from this company for the amount of $179.46 back to my card. I would also like this business listed as irreputable so that others know not to do business with them. Customer service was rude and claimed they had every right to keep my money even though I never received a bill or charge confirmation with the product or through the mail or email. The tactic used was shady and unprofessional. I believe other consumers have the right to know that the product is lousy and leaves a chalky film on your face after it dries. There is no informational support for the products. I find it to be extremely disgraceful that this product is being sold under these pretenses.
