Type of a scam Online Purchase
This guy that goes by “Thompson Santiago” claims to be selling Shih tzu puppies. He says he moved from New York to Paradise, CA and asks for a deposit before even seeing the dog. Once you send the deposit he disappears and changes his number. He is a scam and it is wrong
