Purchased a thermometer. Tried immediately to cancel it. THEY HAVE NOW CHANGED ALL OF THEIR PHONE NUMBERS AND THE EMAIL ADDRESSES BOUNCE BACK. Before they closed everything down, it was told I could send it back for a refund, that I should not refuse the package. The thermometer is junk, it does not work. I paid $76.80 for that thermometer. They still have an open website and should be shut down.

I ordered 10 thermometers on March 23rd 2020, and not only have they consistently lied about the status of the order, they even gave me FAKE/NON-EXISTENT shipping information through Fedex. I have since tried communicating with them 5 separate times and all I get is the standard “we will get back to you in 1-3 days”. I have asked for a full refund and they have yet to respond.
STAY AWAY!
I ordered the thermometer on March 3rd, 2020 and I have not received my stuff as of April 30, 2020. They charged the money right away because it said that they shipped the merchandise the next day I ordered. They are scam artist. Do not buy anything’s from this web site “ Propelgear.com”. I will make claim through PayPal to investigate this matter.

Tried to purchase a thermometer. It appeared as if the company was based in the US. They wouldn’t let me cancel my order when I realized it was based in China. They took my money and its been 3 weeks with no updates about the product. They claimed it would take 3 weeks to ship. The shipping number doesn’t exist. They took my money and now have my credit info.
