They post pictures and information about their puppies, give you a long so called history of their breeding etc. once you pay, the Transport company then calls you Mana Pet Transport and provides an "insurance" you must pay upfront for your puppy to travel and then there is a medical problem due to puppy being traumatized. They go as far as emailing you updates on puppy, send videos.
