This puppy finder says they have a dog to sell and I needed to pay up front for the dog. They even sent a contract signed, but then it needed to be payed by cash app and when I asked for their zelle information they said it was not working. The phone does not answer, the price of the dog is too low, they don’t film the dog or let me see and they say I should trust and pay them because they are Christian.

Person hacks puppy website contact info. Uses photos from legitimate breeders and asks for puppy deposits. Uses PayPal as a shield and asks to send the deposit via friends and family. You can’t file a claim with PayPal because they aren’t liable.
