We found an ad through Instagram that seemed legit. We ordered a sample kit they offered for 45.60. The next month we got an email stating they received an order, that we did not request. My checking account was charged for 45.60. I just called the 800 number and requested that the order be canceled and a refund for 45.60 based on their claim of 100% satisfaction guarantee posted on the website. I was offered a 30% refund for the order. I challenged the fellow about the 100% satisfaction guarantee and he then offered a 50% refund then thanked me a he ended the call when I asked for a supervisor. I called back and asked for a supervisor and after a few minutes was connected to a supervisor. I explained the previous conversation he then offered a 100% refund after I told him I would be calling and reporting them to the BBB.
