Pure Nesty

Dennis – May 13, 2020

Bought 3 chonky seals as gifts (total ~£90) around late Feb and they still haven’t arrived. Their tracking website said it was delivered mid March. Then PostNL and Royal Mail UK says it was only posted early April, and arrived late April. Having been at home for the past 2 months because of COVID19 lockdown, I know the package hasn’t arrived (I’ve ordered from eBay/Amazon recently and their parcels have arrived…). Royal Mail says I can’t claim compensation as it came from an international postal service, and Purenesty/Pynkle says I need to provide proof that it hasn’t arrived or they won’t refund me. Safe to say that I got scammed.

Same thing happened to me. Immediate charge and it just states it has been shipped 3 weeks ago. Sucks. I think I got scammed.

Celicia – any update on whether your order has arrived yet? :/

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This site advertises on Instagram selling a couple different items. They charged for the item immediately but then went completely unresponsive. They have two separate "tracking" pages on their website, but won’t tell you what shipping company thh will be using. One tracking page has said "out for delivery" for 2 weeks while the other says "order not yet shipped." At the time of ordering, 24/48 hour guaranteed shipping was advertised, and the website also advertises 7 day customer service with 48 hour response times. I haven’t gotten a response back from any communication I’ve received from them, and have found similar issues when researching the site.
