The website promises Shih Tzu puppies but it is only a scam to get you to send money so they can "ship" puppies which will never arrive. After many rounds of email with they I still never received their names or phone number, nor would they call me. I finally noticed in there email replies to me the timestamp for MY reply was 12 hours off when I actually sent it — My message sent at 3:36PM Eastern time zone was embedded in their reply with a 3:36AM timestamp, so this is obviously a scam run overseas.
