I contacted Johnathan to purchase a 10 week old micro yorkie for $700 which included delivery fees. The seller said the puppy was shipped and I would receive the puppy the next day; he provided a tracking number and then I was contacted by the shipping company – South Pacific Logistics and they wanted me to pay $1280 to a health travel pet insurance company for health travel insurance due to COVID but the company is located in Ecuador and this information was not disclosed to me prior to bill of sale nor did they require the insurance paperwork prior to the puppy leaving Vegas; they stated the puppy is stuck in TX unless I pay the fee of $1280 or $62 of storage fees. Which sounds like a scam. And the seller is no longer responding and keeps replying by text stating "Just do what you can for the sake of the baby out there" and I advised him to either pay the money to get his puppy back and that I did not want to proceed. Since the contact was not fulfilled as stated.
