I too spent $47.75 on a false advertisement of a large doggy pool. I made numerous attempts to receive my full refund and they attempted twice to negotiate a refund. First they offered $9.10 and against $19 dollars and that I keep the product. I declined as I have no use for a product that can’t be used. I advised that I am not negotiating a refund and provided proof of purchase as well their advertising that indicates returns fast and refund money back guaranteed. I am so disappointed and it also indicates a USA company but there is no phone number and only email of [email protected]

I ordered what was advertised as a large dog/child folding dog pool. Instead I received a 12 inch diameter item that looked more like a dog water bowl. I did not pay $35 for something like this! I have since read similar complaints from other consumers that have had the same experience. I have contacted this email address and have requested a full refund, with no success. This was an ad on FB, and they should be banned from false advertising.
