Type of a scam Online Purchase

Hello – I was scammed by proyardsupply.com. I purchased an item and my credit card was charged for the item. They sent me an email with shipping information. Days later they sent me an email saying I cancelled the order which I had not. They then proceeded to offer me the same product a higher price point stating that their advertised price was inaccurate.

Scam details:

1) I did not cancel this transaction as they stated in writing in their email. This is a false statement.

2) I had a chat with "Dan" and took screenshots of the conversation. He stated that the transaction was cancelled because the price point was "inaccurate". He offered to sell me the same items a higher price point. This is the definition of bait and switch advertising.

3) Proyardsupply.com advertised a price for product and charged my credit card which fully executed the sale. After this point, they sent me an email stating that I was the one cancelling the transaction which was false statement. The fact is that proyardsupply.com intentionally advertised a low price point to gain traffic to their website and collect orders. They then cancel the transactions with false statements citing the cancellation was initiated by the customer. They then proceed to attempt to sell you the same items for a higher price.

This is clear negligence of business practices and constitutes a scam. Please investigate.
