Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I had a live chat with an apparent customer service rep from this company he (James Broke) informed me that they had a 100% refund guarentee on thier products and services. So I then placed an paid for my order wich I was to recieve in 3-5 days he did send a link for the tracking number for my package,, I did click on it and it came up that my package was in transit. The next day I got an email from the shipping company that due to the information he put on the shipment paper I needed to pay an insurance fee of $475.00 in order for my package to be deliverd to me. I then called propaper to inform them of this issue, no one answered so I left a message but have NEVER heard back from them (HIM). I have several attemps to contact them (calls,texts,email,live chat) since and still have never got any type of responce in order to resolve this matter!!! IT IS A SCAM SITE NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY TAKE YOUR $$ WITH NO INTENTION ON SENDING ANY PRODUCT ORDERED….
