I received an email from Matthew Hawkins and he claimed to work for Pinnacle Technology. He was reaching out to discuss an opportunity for an advertising job at UPS in Alpharetta, Ga. After a few days of email communication, he asked for my full legal name, birthday, and last four digits of my social. The emails looked super legit and professional. Unfortunately, I fell for his scam and senT over my information. I realized a couple of days later that he was fake and the opportunity was fake. I felt like an [censored] because I am normally very cautious about these types of scams… but somehow completely fell for it.
