This is clearly a website that is violating people’s privacy rights and is suspicious (you click a link and a page full of letters about how it is violating rights pops up). This site needs to be investigated and terminated. People need to question why a company or someone is South Africa (there fake address) is investigating people in the United States and putting it online?
