Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
My parents were looking for a mattress and they went to quality furniture. A man by the name of Adam helped them out. They were told they were getting a loom and leaf mattress. My parents bought what they thought was a loom and leaf mattress. When my parents picked up their mattress I couldn’t find a tag that said loom and leaf. A few days later I went to the loom and leaf website and was going through their FAQs and found that they do not sell their mattresses in store. They are sold online and they don’t have any retail stores. While on their website I chatted with a rep from l&l and told him I had purchased a mattress from quality furniture and he said (l&l rep) that they don’t have any affiliation with that store. I checked out my parents mattress and there were a lot of differences. The alledge counterfeit mattress doesn’t have the company name embroidered and the top of the mattress says 100% organic cotton and has the name sativa, I assume the manufacturer. The l&l mattress doesn’t have t by those markings om top of mattress.
