I wanted to buy a Yorkie puppy. I sent $520 using money gram/Walmart and they said my puppy was ready to be shipped. The shipper, Inter State Shipping, called (bad connection) then sent an email stating I needed to moneygram them $962 (refundable) to insure the puppy before they shipped it. Neither shipper, nor the seller had any contact information (phone number, address, etc.) where I could talk to a real person. We asked to skype with the seller (who insured us it was 100% ligit) and the sound didn’t work, but it appeared to be a pre made video. We asked for our money back and have had no response.
