They called saying they were Ohio Edison and that our power was going to get turned off in 30-minutes if I did not pay ASAP! So I talked to the rep (Knowing that I personally pay for my family business’s bills and they were all up to date) and I said "We both know you are not Ohio Edison why are you wasting my time" and this man COULD NOT have been MORE ignorant and vulgar things to me that were entirely inappropriate. I called the REAL ohio edison and reported the number and they told me "We already have that on file as a scam caller" and I quickly replied "Well then how are they still calling companies!???!!, and why are they not disconnected." She said it has to go through a process. I can not believe it !
