Hello,
I made the mistake of purchasing tickets to a concert through "online city tickets" for a show that had neither gone on pre-sale or public sale yet.
Meaning the tickets i bought don’t exist.
Selling seats before they go on public sale or pre-sale is a fraud, its a scam, and its illegal, and to make matters they don’t offer a refund on the fraudulent tickets they sold to me.

Purchased tickets to a concert. Tickets were fraudulent. There were others who had the same seat as we did. Tickets looked identical. Several others at the concert had the same issue from onlinecitytickets. They are a scam. Do not purchase tickets from them.

I purchased Tickets online from this website to go see the Play "Wicked". It cost over $400 for 2 tickets. The tickets were counterfeit and were not real. I was turned away at the box office. I have disputed the charge on my credit card and wanted to warn others not to buy tickets from this site.

I recently bought tickets from their website to a concert in Toronto. They presented themselves as 3rd party purchasers. The tickets were supposed to cost around 675$ and they charged me over 800$. At first I thought it could be because it was in american funds, but my instincts said otherwise. I called the number they provided and the only thing i got was an automated service. I sent emails. I asked for my money back and they keep telling me that customer support will contact me.
How do I proceed to get my money back?
