I ordered Oulos shoes for my husband in mid-April. They sent an email confirming my order and stating that the item was on its way.
I inquired numerous times and each time they use Covid as an excuse as to why the shoes are delayed. The "tracking number" led nowhere for the first 3 weeks, now it just says that USPS is waiting for the item. I received a scolding email today from the company asking why I would stop payment from the credit company when they are doing their best and are a small company etc. I don’t ever expect to see the shoes and am surprised that they continue to promise their arrival. Now that I look more carefully at their website, it is surprising that there is no 800 number and really no internet presence (with the exception of similar complaints on various websites. ) Avoid this company. Scam.
