Cancelled both products before trial was over via e-mail then phone, and returned product unopened, unused, in the same bag it came in immediately as soon as I recieved it. They are charging me for the product, and are claiming they don’t have it even though I returned it. I have had to contact my bank twice, and the company(optimumgarciniaplustrial) recharged me. I have the tracking number & reference # the guy gave me, as well as the emails. I have called them several times, but they won’t credit me the money they falsely charged me.
