I inquired about a puppy on the Oteh Pomeranian website. I felt something was off about the sale and checked the domain which was located in another country. When I questioned them about how they would ship the puppy to me they wouldn’t even tell me the carrier and claimed it was through a “pet shipping carrier”. I then did a reverse search of the picture of the puppy and found many websites with the same picture trying to sell the same dog. They also required that the money be sent through Walmart to Walmart only. They were also willing to give a 50% discount and claimed they had a “coupon” to ship the puppy for free.
