8-27-2020I ordered – via Amazon – 3 packages of Bamboo Febreeze Plug-ins. The Company the products were to come from is called ON THE WAY GOODS. I ordered at $23.01 each totaling over $75.00. The package was to arrive 9-10-2020.
I received the package within a week. The package was from Wal-mart. Empty with NO RECEIPT OR PACKAGE SLIP. After I opened and used the plug ins, my daughter pointed out to during our conversation that those plug-ins are at Walmart for 12+/package. I should have only paid $37+ at the most. I felt bamboozled, cheated and scammed.
When i reached out to On the Way Goods, they said they were running low on supplies and ordered from Walmart -lies. I feel like this is an inside Walmart job. Something is not right, They told me they would refund me $20 to my credit card – nothing.
I have notified Amazon, submitted a federal consumer complaint and notifying you guys. This is a SCAM AND A FRAUD.
