I ordered a kayak from www.overstockspro.com that never shipped and there was no correspondence or invoice sent. I went to click the 24/7 chat button on their website only to find out it was a dummy button. I sent an email through the website, received a pre-shipment email on 7/16, but it hasn’t been given to the post office for shipment and today is 8/2. Now their website is gone. I have filed a complaint via PayPal.
