A person who identified their self by the name of Kim from Optum, phoned our office and stated that Optum has several payments on hold, due to the fact that Optum payers only process claim payments via direct deposit. They requested that we provide them with our banking information to allow them to update their direct deposit records so they may release funds. This caller left a return phone number of 440-669-0201.
