I saw on TV that this company’s skin care product was suposed to be great so I visited their website. Signed up for a "free" trial, thought I was paying for shipping, but read the fine print right after I placed my order. I immediately called their customer service number and spoke with someone who kept trying to sell me on their product. I stated that my order needed to be cancelled and I was to be cancelled from their monthly program ($49.99 per month to send a new jar of skin cream every month). The female on the phone stated that she cancelled my order, subscription and that I wouldn’t be charged; I was even given a cancellation number. Ojas Enterprises preceded to charge my card for the shipping fee, plus 2 additional charges. My bank reversed the charges, after I had to cancel my debit card, so I thought it was taken care of until today. Today I received an email and phone call from the company stating that I have a past due balance of $79.99. I emailed the company back and told them to remove me from their email and calling lists.
