I ordered a black facial blackhead mask, as well as hundreds of other victims, and I still have not received it. The money was taken out of my account January 17, 2017. The same day I ordered it, I believe. Over a month had gone by and I had not received a confirmation of my order or a tracking number, so I emailed them. They told me basically they had a lot of orders and they were doing the best the could, but still to not get a confirmation email or anything?I was content with the email they sent for a short time, but after not receiving a tracking number still I started to get worried. So, I emailed them again insisting on a tracking number. They told me to "rest assured" that my order would be here in "15 to 35" days. This was such a lie. Still not tracking number. I have since contacted them twice asking for a tracking number so I can truly "rest assured". They refuse to answer. I have also contacted them via Facebook Messenger through their Facebook account (which is where they are really getting attention, so this Facebook account has got to be DELETED IMMEDIATELY. I reported to Facebook but hundreds of others have to and nothing is being done) and have not gotten a reply. No one and I mean NO ONE has gotten their orders. Families ordered Christmas presents that never came. How sad. These people MUST be stopped. I’m also scared they are storing our card information. Please help us. Just go look at their Overstocked Itemz Facebook and look at the hundreds of people commenting on their photos of items for sale, saying they have been scammed. These people need to be identified and must suffer consequences.
