Called saying they where going to send our $895 invoice for SEO services to collections, even though we have NEVER done any SEO work with this company. "Shawn" was very rude when I asked for a invoice, or any kind of proof of services. I then asked him how he could possibly be doing any SEO work without having access to my website. He gave some garbled answer about links, which is NOT how SEO works.

Person called. Said they were with the National Media Group and wanted to close our account for an online business listing purchased October 2016. Our company had no such listing. When I told him as much, he threatened to send the account to collections and hung up on me.
