Type of a scam Debt Collections
They called me on Monday telling me my license plates had lapsed for 2017 in North Carolina when I had not lived in North Carolina since the ending of 2016. They so they were debt collectors and said that they could give me a fax to send in my information or I could pay over the phone. They had my old address but they kept asking for other means of personal identification, new address, paying over the phone, and faxing information.
