I went online to search for replacement frames when my prescription glasses broke. I ordered from this website and was sent a pair of fake Oakley’s. I contacted them to inform of the mistake and they agreed to fix the problem but insist I pay (again) for the new glasses to be sent. They offered me a 30% discount on the proper frames. A legitimate company would have made good on their mistake.
They have continued to contact me and try to get me to throw good money after bad. We have a thread of 24 emails.
