On September 18, 2015 I sent a check for $7,940 to NWTM for 5, 100 ounce Pan American Silver Bars. They received my check on 9/21/15 and cashed it.
My delivery date was 1/11/16. If they didn’t delivery their policy states that they get another month to deliver or they will return full payment.
February 11, 2016 came and went and they did not deliver my silver. I called NWTM and demanded my full refund. They promised that the money would be sent February 29.
I called back again on March 21 and was told the money should have been sent march 4. It was never sent and I was told the money would be sent.
On April 1 I called and was told everything was frozen because of a lawsuit with the company’s CEO.
I called the police in Colorado and filled a report
