My wife and I are going through very expensive fertility treatment. Part of that is genetic testing. This company has contacted us several times demanding that we pay a “cash” price over the phone or else they will send it to insurance for double the cost. They refuse to send me a bill to show what I am paying for. There have been several complaints online from past victims of this advising they have paid the “cash” price but still received a bill later for double the already “paid” price. They would not let me speak with a supervisor and as soon as I mentioned “scam” or “fraud”, the person abruptly ended the call.
