Offered extended warranty for auto. Offered price, then a reduced price. I asked for website and none was given. I ask for mail confirmation, teller said after payment an email would be sent. I said there is an alert about NBS. Teller said we have been doing business for 40 years. I said anything can be said over the phone. Teller said that this offer is only for today and you will not have the opportunity again. Stated thatI could go to any Cadillac dealerships in U.S. or Canada.
