This company is a subscription scam. Once you subscribe, you cannot unsubscribe. When I first heard about ***, I decided to order one of their free samples. I tried it out, but decided not to purchase the product. Shortly after, I started to receive multiple packages in the mail containing a jar of cream the same size as the free sample. I thought nothing of it, until I started realizing through checking my bank statements that each time I received a jar of the *** cream, my bank account was charged $97. I tried to unsubscribe, but I could not get in contact with the company. Better yet, the address on the packages I have been receiving is different from the address listed on their website. Also, the word “fullfillment” is in place of where the company name should be on the package. Please, beware of *** cream.

I was online looking for Joanna Gaines beauty products and thought I was reading about her products when I clicked the "try Now" link. I read that I could get a free sample and pay $4.99 shipping only. I ordered 2 free samples and agreed to pay $4.99 shipping for each. Shortly after completing the payment I received and email confirming my 2 free samples and my total cost $9.98.
About a month later there was a debit from them to my checking account for about $194.00! When I called the company they said I joined a free trial period and did not cancel in time. This was a LIE, there was nothing at the time of purchase or in the receipt that said anything about joining a free trial period. The company, which I now realized was not Joanna Gaines, said they would "compromise" and give me a partial refund. NO! I said. I never joined a free trial and you never sent me any correspondence stating such. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. The bank rep explained that they have many disputes with this company.
